Experience is the accumulation of knowledge or skill resulting from direct participation. Albert Einstein said, “The only source of knowledge is experience.”

You can learn from books and classes, but the actual application of what one learns is where knowledge grows and where experience pays off. That problem, that situation, that solution that worked in the past may have bearing on what an agent is helping a client through in the present. Conversely, that which didn’t work in the past can be explained including why it didn’t work.

The value of experience is not in seeing much, but in seeing it wisely!
